  16. Made it so buttons grey out if the player cannot afford it. And buildmenu buttons stay hidden until they are researched.

  17. Added sfx to notification popups (click sfx). Added Placement Blocked functionality if placing on other units and if to high above terrain, building meshes will turn red. Hooked up to notification system to display Placement Blocked while building is red when player tries to place building. Also set GridSnapping to disabled by default.

  21. When clicked, Mail button will now maintain the open mail icon showing the open state for notifications panel (show all notifications). Clicking mail button again shows a closed mail icon indicating the preview notification state (show recent notifications). (edited)
